Having smoky eyes is a classic look that will surely make heads turn, whether you are in a party or simply just walking down the hall to your office. 1. Dark Brown Eye Liner

The most important makeup paraphernalia that you will need to achieve smoky eyes like Beyonce Knowles or Eva Longoria is dark-colored eyeliner. Since a black eyeliner might be a bit tricky, it would be better if you stick to dark brown. Many women who have tried using black ended up achieving gothic instead of the smoky-eyes look. It would also be a good idea to invest in a good pencil eyeliner, particularly the kohl type because it would be easier to smudge around to achieve the smoky look.
